Maybe, you’ve struggled to shape your identity. You’ve challenged societal expectations, rejected toxic dynamics, and forged a path that truly reflects who you are. But despite your progress, there’s still a sense of incompleteness. There's a feeling that maybe people don’t understand you, and there’s a continuous journey of self-discovery and education, which can be exhausting. Sometimes, it feels like you’re just going through the motions, struggling to maintain hope in the face of life’s unpredictability. It might be time to consider having a mental health partner by your side, someone to navigate these challenges with you.

Maybe, you feel numb.

We do everything that is expected of us. We go to school or we get a job, maybe we start a family, but there’s an overwhelming feeling that something’s missing. Should we be more fulfilled than this?

I work with individuals, couples and families.

There are many different configurations of how we might work together. Whether it be in an individual therapy setting, couples therapy, or family therapy, I’m eager to help you on your journey of self-discovery and growth.

All therapy sessions will be conducted over telehealth.

  • We will dive into where you are and where you’d like to go.

  • We’ll work with you and your partner to establish a core goal for therapy and work together towards it.

  • We’ll work together to strengthen family communication and to process past experiences.
