But despite your progress, there’s still a sense of incompleteness. There's a feeling that maybe people don’t understand you, and there’s a continuous journey of self-discovery and education, which can be exhausting. Sometimes, it feels like you’re just going through the motions, struggling to maintain hope in the face of life’s unpredictability. It might be time to consider having a mental health partner by your side, someone to navigate these challenges with you.

We do everything that is expected of us. We go to school or we get a job, maybe we start a family, but there’s an overwhelming feeling that something’s missing. Should we be more fulfilled than this?
We’ll start by learning from you. You are the expert in your life experiences and you get to dictate how you want to grow. I’m there as a “fellow traveler” to sit beside you on this journey from where you are to where you want to be.

There are many different configurations of how we might work together. Whether it be in an individual therapy setting, couples therapy, or family therapy, I’m eager to help you on your journey of self-discovery and growth.
All therapy sessions will be conducted over telehealth.
