"Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.” ― Howard Thurman.

a little about me.

I believe the most important work I can do in my life is to hear someone deeply and allow that person to be held in mutual connection and understanding. I believe that beautiful things happen when we sit in mutual understanding and we use that as a starting place for growth.

That is why I pursued my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University and loved working with queer adult clients as a Therapist Trainee at Aids Project Los Angeles.

I’d like to create a space for my clients to be heard and take them on a journey to uncover their authentic voices, and to make positive changes in their lives, just as therapy has done for me.
